A BIT ABOUT US
Riaz realised that there was a gap for quality, cost effective buildings that could be built off or onsite. There is demand now more than ever for secondary dwellings, this is because of the current land prices and also allows the customer to have a 1 or 2 bedroom dwelling built on their property for additional accommodation for their teenagers, in-laws, extra rental income etc.
As the company as headed by Riaz, you are dealing with the owner directly and no middlemen are involved, so there is no chance of mis-communication for changes that may be made during the build. If there are any problems along the way, we always aim to rectify the problem immediately and don’t shirk the responsibility.
We have built many builds that suit all needs to the customer.
Our 10sqm buildings are so versatile being that they require no building consent. we have built over 50 of these buildings and they have been used for many different spaces such as an extra bedroom, office, cattery, sales office, entertainment room, etc etc.

DEALING WITH COUNCIL
The process of obtaining Building Consent from Local Council can be a daunting task but we can handle the process of applying for the Building Consent through to the build and finishing off with the Code Compliance Certificate and everything in-between.
We have an Architect, Geotech and Structural engineers, Land surveyor that we have used for many years and on many projects that understand the buildings that we construct.

SUBCONTRACTORS
Our Subcontractors have been with us from the beginning and understand the level of finish and quality that is required for every build.
The onsite build process is far smoother, as a very trust-worthy relationship has been made between us and the subbies.

FLEXIBILTY
We are very flexible with the customers' input into their building. As of-course colours can be chosen by you and there is also options to change window and door sizes, the location of doors and windows, adding on decks and verandas and the dwelling can also be finished to a stage that you are able to complete yourself.

TRANSPORTATION AND ONSITE SERVICES
We can arrange for you the delivery of your transportable building with a reputable transport company. We can also arrange for you the onsite piling, services, decks, verandas etc. 

OUR AIM
The question we always ask ourselves during the build process is “would we accept that work... if it was our house” because we always take pride in our work and that a happy customer is reflection of that.
